The objective of the workshop is to identify the needs of the Ibero-American audiovisual sector in order to implement and evaluate new public policies that would allow the development of its sectoral ecosystem. By identifying new sustainable business models that allow audiovisual work teams to find options both to seek financing for new productions and to generate networking, the workshop offers a comprehensive view of the importance of implementing public policies for audiovisual promotion with a global focus. We will analyze some models of public policies aimed at promoting the audiovisual sector, the problems and challenges faced post-pandemic in a collaborative manner, and the methodology for designing a business model to better organize work, as a strategic management tool.
