FAIR PLAY: NEW LEADERSHIP IN FILM AND CULTURE

With the proposal to write a new script for leadership and teamwork in film and culture, Fair Play is a training programme specifically designed for the film and cultural industries with the aim of establishing new standards of teamwork in all project and production cycles. The practical training enables people to lead social processes confidently and successfully under the specific challenges and conditions of the industry. The three-hour workshop provides space for reflection and dialogue and promotes the personal development of participants. With professional support, individual task and role perceptions are reflected and effective communication tools are applied.The following questions are central: How can we create a good culture of cooperation on a film set in the future? And above all: What concrete options do the participants have to initiate changes and successfully implement them in their daily work?
