Master in Performing Arts, with a degree in Radio and Television, a postgraduate degree in Communication/Marketing, Higher Education Teaching, and a specialization in Cultural Management. Since 1997, she has worked as an audiovisual programmer, conducting research, curation, and production of national and international showcases. Starting in 2008, she conceived and developed award-winning audiovisual projects such as Iconoclássicos and The Passion of JL. Between 2011 and 2022, she coordinated audiovisual and literature departments, leading programs such as Encontros de Interrogação and supporting the Oceanos – Literature Prize. In 2021, she led the development and curation of the Itaú Cultural Play platform. Since 2024, she has been in charge of editorial production at Itaú Cultural. She has strong expertise in project management and high-performance team leadership.
