Expert in Public Policies Promoting Culture, the Arts, and the Creative Economy. He is a university academic. He was invited by the Public Policy Program of the David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies at Harvard University. He has directed, designed, and implemented policies and programs to promote culture and the arts with an economic focus, as well as fostering the audiovisual industry at the Ministry of Economy, Corfo, MinCAP, and several regional governments in Chile. He was executive secretary of the Interministerial Committee on the Creative Economy and a key driver of strategic actions in Latin America such as Micsur and the Iber programs by Segib. Currently, he implements audiovisual promotion strategies and is part of the Film Experts Committee for the Industry Zone of the Málaga International Film Festival, CineMundi at the CineBH International Film Festival in Brazil, at EICTV in Cuba, and directs the Santiago Creativo Foundation.
