CINECOLOR – R$ 10,000.00 (ten thousand reais) in post-production services. The award is valid for two years (September/2027) from the date of the certificate.

DOT – R$ 15,000.00 (fifteen thousand reais) in post-production services. The award is valid for two years (September/2027).

MISTIKA – R$ 15,000.00 (fifteen thousand reais) in post-production services. The award is valid for two years (September/2027).

NAYMOVIE – Edina Fujii Award – R$ 15,000.00 (fifteen thousands reais) in leasing services of lighting equipment, accessories and machinery, valid for two years (September/2027) from the date of the certificate.

O2 PÓS – R$ 20,000.00 (twenty thousand reais) in post-production services at O2 Pós. The award is valid for two years (September/2027).

DOCBRASIL MEETING

CINECOLOR – R$ 10,000.00 (ten thousand reais) in post-production services. The award is valid for two years (September/2027) from the date of the certificate. The winning project will be selected by a guest of the event.

CTAV – DCP copy for a feature film of up to 120 minutes. The award is valid for one year (September/2026) and may be extended for an additional year. The winning project will be selected by a guest of the event.

DOT – R$ 10,000.00 (ten thousand reais) in editing services. The award is valid for two years (September/2027). The winning project will be selected by a guest of the event.

PARATI FILMS – The award consists of consultancy sessions comprising three one-hour meetings focused on the next steps in the project’s development (script, positioning, co-production, etc.). The winning project will be selected by a guest of the event.

FOCO MINAS

WORK-IN-PROGRESS – FIRST CUT PROJECTS

MISTIKA – R$15,000.00 (fifteen thousand reais) in post-production services. The award is valid for two years (September/2027). The winning project will be chosen by a representative of Mistka.

O2 PÓS – R$ 20,000.00 (twenty thousand reais) in post-production services at O2 Pós. Award valid for two years (September/2027). The winning project will be chosen by representatives of O2.

THE END – R$30,000.00 (thirty thousand reais) in colour correction services. Award for exclusive use on the awarded project, valid until September 2026, and may be extended for one more year depending on the company’s availability. The winning project will be chosen by a representative of The End.

COOPERATION AND EXCHANGE

Burning – Colombia

Four mentoring sessions for a project in development from Horizonte categoy to outline a development and financing plan, with review and feedback on key pieces for a production dossier (packaging). The mentoring sessions will be online and will take place by December 2025. The winning project will be chosen by the Burning representatives.

Conecta – Chile

Guaranteed spot for a producer of a documentary project in development, from the DocBrasil Meeting and Foco Minas categories, to take part in the Conectados Section (online modality) in the next edition of Conecta – International Documentary Industry Meeting which will take place from 9 to 12 December, 2025. The project will be chosen by the representative of Conecta during the 16^th Brasil CineMundi.

DocSP – Brazil

DocSp Award: Guaranteed spot for a producer of a documentary project in development, from the DocBrasil Meeting and Foco Minas categories, to take part in the 2026 edition of DocSP. The project will be chosen by the representative of DocSP during the 16^th Brasil CineMundi.

DocSP Study Center Award: Guaranteed spot for a documentary project in development, from the DocBrasil Meeting and Foco Minas categories, to receive two consulting sessions. The project will be chosen by the representative of DocSP during the 16^th Brasil CineMundi.

Fidba – Argentina

Guaranteed spot with accomodations for one director of a documentary project in development or WIP, from the Horizonte, DocBrasil Meeting, Foco Minas and WIP – First Cut categories, to participate in #Link, the industry area of the festival, which takes place from 6 to 11 October, 2025. The project will be chosen by Fidba representative.

Filmes de Plástico – Brazil

A grant for the screenwriter and various mentorships for a fiction project in development, selected within the Horizonte and Foco Minas categories, that represents a directorial debut* in feature filmmaking. The grant totals R$ 40,000.00 (forty thousand Brazilian reais), to be paid in five monthly installments of R$ 8,000.00** (eight thousand Brazilian reais) for the writing of the script. The mentorships – each offered by one of the members of Filmes de Plástico – will cover the areas of Screenwriting, Directing, Acting, and Producing, with each session lasting a minimum of two hours. These will take place during the development process (or in the months following the delivery of the agreed script version with the project’s creators). Additionally, an extra grant of R$ 5,000.00 (five thousand Brazilian reais) will be provided for an external consultancy, with a professional freely chosen by the project’s team.

*Projects by filmmakers with a feature film in post-production, not yet released, will also be considered as debut works.

** Payments will be made upon submission of official invoices.

Maff – Spain

Guaranteed spot with accomodation for one representative of a project in development, from Horizonte category, to take part in Maff – Malaga Festival Fund & Coproduction Event in the next edition in March 2026. The project will be chosen by the representative of Maff during the 16^th Brasil CineMundi.

Mecas – Spain

Guaranteed spot with accomodation and meals for one representative of a project in development from the Horizonte category, to take part in the Mecas next edition in April, 2026. The project will be chosen by the representative of Mecas during the 16th Brasil CineMundi.

Nuevas Miradas | EICTV – Cuba

Guaranteed spot with accomodation for one representative of a project in development, from the Horizonte and DocBrasil Meeting categories, to take part in the Nuevas Miradas next edition which will take place from 8 to 12 December, 2025. The project will be chosen by the representative of Nuevas Miradas during the 16^th Brasil CineMundi.

Projeto Paradiso – Brazil

Paradiso Awards for the project chosen by the Maff representative during the 16^th Brasil CineMundi will receive a prize of R$ 8.000,00 (eight thousand reais) to support the purchase of airline tickets to attend Maff in March 2026.

RIDM – Canada

Guaranteed spot with with accreditation and hotel accomodation for the director and producer of a documentary project in development, from the Horizonte, DocBrasil Meeting and Foco Minas categories, to participate in the Doc Lab Montreal at the next edition of Forum RIDM which takes place from 21 to 27 November 2025. The project will be chosen by RIDM representatives.

Ventana Sur – Uruguay

Guaranteed spot with accomodation for the producer of the winning project from Horizonte category chosen by the Official Jury. The producer will participate in the 2025 Ventana Sur edition which takes place from 1 to 5 December.

World Cinema Fund – Germany

A project in development from Horizonte category, will receive the WCF Audience Design Award, which consists of online intensive consulting and mentoring to develop a complete Audience Design strategy. The project will be chosen by the WCF representative.
