Films are written, financed, produced, shot, post-produced. Before they become films, projects participate in many co-production markets. And one day they may be invited by one or even several festivals – and then meet an audience for the first time. How to deal as a producer and/or director with the biggest production challenge, particularly in these days, the visibility of a film? This applies to all films today: the confrontation with the “audience”, with the future audience of a film must start very early. During or even before the shooting, the final production of a film, audience design must become part of the production. This workshop will present the methodology and a description of the incredible potential it has, enlarging the classic approach to marketing and distribution.
